Interview
Conducted a phone and in person interview, very relaxed and more of a conversation than a typical interview. Everybody is the company's leadership team was very easy to talk to, allowing the interview to be more honest as opposed to saying and hearing what everybody wants to hear.

Interview
Not the traditional interview. My resume was already reviewed by the team and a few questions elaborating on my experiences. The true conversation was understanding how I fit into the existing culture and what my contribution to the team would be as the company moves forward.
