Phone screening, phone interview, in-person final round interview with case. I thought I did well on all phases of the process. It was a bit odd because the team requested some work examples from my current job and asked for references that they never called. I was expecting an offer but they essentially ghosted me when they went with a different candidate.

Why public finance? How is your financial modeling?
Only had one interview over zoom, and all of them are behaviours question. Very easy compare to other firms, they do not expect you to have any prior knowledge in the municipal markets.

Phone screen, zoom interview, in person super day. Pretty straightforward if you know the basics. Interviewer told me about the candidate he was super excited about and would prefer to hire if can only pick one so not the best experience.

Basically all behavioral. 1st round phone screen w HR, virtual 2nd and 3rd rounds with members of team, and in person superday. Pretty laid back and conversational feel, feel like thats just the nature of pubfin interviews since ur not expected to know much about product at entry level.
