You submit an application, and then you'll go through a few phone/video call interviews. Mine happened during COVID, so the process may be slightly different now. The interviews were structured with several applicants, as well as several hiring staff, in the call. The staff would ask questions, and we all took turns to answer. The staff would then reach out to those who seemed particularly outspoken and qualified.

Question 1
If two children are fighting over the same toy, how would you resolve the situation?
The interview process was very relaxed. They just talked to me about the camp messages and then gave scenario-based questions. The conversation flowed well, and the interviewer was very kind.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Steve & Kate's Camp (Cleveland, OH) in May 2024
Interview
It's pretty calm and sometimes fun. Before you log into the interview I would look at the history and philosophy of the camp. They are going to ask you questions about that. Other than that then the questions that they interview you with are not hard.
