the interview process was very professional with the standard technical background questions, what are your strengths weaknesses etc. The interview even included a facility walk through with question and answer discussions about the process stages for work in process. The people were pleasant, but we both realized the position would not be a good fit for either of us.

Question 1

You are $3,500 away from getting to your next bonus level for the month and there is only one day left in the month. There is plenty of work approved. How do you make sure we achieve our sales target so that you get the extra bonus money?

The color is off a couple of shades and you bring it to the attention of the painter. He tells you that he mixed the formula exactly the way the manufacture told him to and it is not his fault. He doesn’t think he should have to repaint it for free. What do you say?
