Step2 interview questions

- Over the course of 5 weeks - Applied on LinkedIn, Received email from HR for an initial interview, Interview (30 min), Interview, Interview (30min), and Form/Auto rejection email from HR. Overall there was a lack of proactive communication on Step2's side. There seemed to be very little consideration for my time and emotional investment to the interview process. I never felt that at any of my interviews the person interviewing me took time to review my information ahead of time and ask relevant questions pertaining to my specific experience and how it would relate to the job. I prepared for hours for these interviews and they felt very empty when they were concluded. I was very interested in the job but would have rather been released from consideration if there was no actual interest in my candidacy from Step2. I had to keep asking for updates on next steps and after more than a 5 week investment, I received a form "thank you but we will not be continuing with your application" type email that didn't even include my name, no information as to why, and no direct communication from the people I had been interviewing with over the weeks prior.

Easy and very upfront definitely could of been harder but was easy to do. Bring Id and social security card. Drug test is right then and there so be clean or don’t even go to apply. Very professional people.
