Was submitted via recruiter and had a phone screen within the first week. After the initial phone screening I had an in person interview within a few days after. Very friendly and easy to speak with. The in person consisted of four people from within their technology and business departments and one HR representative. After a battery of questions they gave a list of technical questions that, for a developer position, seemed much more geared for a DBA-type role. They mentioned that future plans may involve cloud-based systems. It seems like a pleasant place to work based on the introductions and general back and forth that I had with them. It's a non-profit so I was a little concerned that the salary was going to be lower than market but it wasn't too much off the mark. They also are interested in people who have technical certifications which is nice. Quite a few places don't seem to place enough emphasis on outside skills development but that wasn't the case here.
Update - The recruiter notified me after a couple of weeks that this position was on hold. It seems the BI manager for this position accepted a job with another company. Don't know if this is a sign of how much internal change is going on or not.
