Step Up interview questions

I applied online, as one does in 2022. The CDO calls me out of the blue to discuss my resume. I'll rolled with it. She asks me if I know how to use Excel, huh? "Do you know how to sort?" Yes yes I do. She also asked if I know how to use Microsoft Word and if I have experience with CRMs. WOW! I know she didn't mean to, but she insulted me and herself with those questions.

First interview is with the manager then second interview is with the team. Everyone was very nice and personable. Questions that were asked were not too hard .. most questions asked about experience and comfortability with the job.
