Basically if you're breathing, you are hired. After the interview, you get the 5 cent tour around campus where you see the good parts of the job. In fairness you are warned about the possibility of injury, the potential type of work environments, flexibility, and if you're comfortable putting kids in physical restraints if it's a last resort and they are a danger to themselves or others. Seriously they hire about once every quarter to recoup the high turnover. You're like a shark tooth there. If you leave, you will be replaced with someone new shortly.
