Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me about my experience by following my resume. Why are you looking for a new position? What are you looking for in a company right now? They explain the process and jump right into a pair programming session.
I applied online. I interviewed at Stem Disintermedia in Feb 2022
Interview
The first phone interview was fine and a typical first interview. They talked about the company and asked about my work history. They quickly moved me to the next round, which I was told wasn't really an interview - it was them talking a little bit about the job, but that I was going to be given some prompt questions and depending on my responses, I would move on. I did not move on and it felt very rushed. I wasn't given the opportunity to speak about my experience or skills, nor about my answers to the prompts.
