Stem Disintermedia interview questions

The first phone interview was fine and a typical first interview. They talked about the company and asked about my work history. They quickly moved me to the next round, which I was told wasn't really an interview - it was them talking a little bit about the job, but that I was going to be given some prompt questions and depending on my responses, I would move on. I did not move on and it felt very rushed. I wasn't given the opportunity to speak about my experience or skills, nor about my answers to the prompts.

The interview process may seem long but its well worth the time, and a true learning experience in itself. Everyone from HR, recruiting, CEO, and VP's was very involved in the entire process and they do their absolute best to give you a full picture of what your getting into for this role.
