I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stellar Health in Nov 2023
Interview
I applied via a referral. Round 1 was a tech screen. They didn't respond until over a week later. After that there were 3 rounds - 1 tech round, 1 behavioral and 1 system design. All rounds went reasonably well, but a week later I got a reply mentioning they were looking for someone more senior. I believe due to market conditions right now, (with thousands of layoffs and highly skilled workers in the market) every company has many candidates as options and this has raised their expectations to unreasonable levels. A word of advice, if you are interviewing for Senior position, make sure you have extremely convincing answers for behavioral questions. I thought mine were good, but even that wasn't enough. I also want to mention that the hiring manager, who took my behavioral round, was extremely rude, he kept interrupting me and kept yawning from the moment the interview started. I might try again in future but hopefully not with this hiring manager's team.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stellar Health (New York, NY)
Interview
Process is pretty straightforward. HR call, 2 hour take home assignment, then if you do well a virtual on-site. 3 parts, 1 behavioral and 2 whiteboards.
I didn't do as well on the first whiteboard but I'd consider it a leetcode medium to hard graph traversal type of problem. The interviewer kept talking over me, trying to steer me in the direction he'd take it without trying to understand my approach. It was very frustrating and conducted on Google docs, so with all of the auto correct it was not a great environment to try to write code. The other interviewers were fine and the questions were easy.
Overall I was excited about it and thought I did well enough, only to be told that there were a lot of candidates and that they don't really have any other feedback.
Looking back this felt like a big waste of my time and energy.

Interview
First HR introduction phone call then take home challenge , 2 final coding interviews 1 behavioral on same day.
First technical video interview was with a Sr software engineer, tree creation and traversal. came up with solution but I was very intimidated by the interviewer who kept on interrupting thinking process and wouldn't even give a minute to think.
Second technical video interview was also with a senior engineer. Interviewer was very calm , nice and straight to the point. seemed like interested in learning about my experience without having any judgments. great experience.
Behavioral Interview with a manager was ok as well, I didn't do well on this one.
