I apply at stellar last year October 2020. Just about 2 days afte I submitted my resume. I receive a call from one of their staff asking some basic information and telling me to anticipate an interview the next day. The interview just ask me basic interview question like what is my strength and weaknesses and they ask me wnat is may last salary. After I have my initial interview, they send me a link where I will take an exam and sample job experience.

You will first complete a digital interview then you will take an online assessment (Voice, Chat, and Type). And you will be waiting for a phone call which will be your initial interview.
There were 5 sets of assessments and even video assessments and in the end even if you have 13 yrs of experience they will offer you a level entry salary
