Interview was made very easy and stress-free. Met with the lead recruiter before the interview started and he walked me through some questions management would be asking me. After meeting with the recruiter, I met with the manager and CFO, which were both very friendly. They each ask about 30 minutes worth of questions. The manager and CFO does NOT make it nerve wrecking at all. The questions turn into an enjoyable conversation that makes you feel as you've been friends with these people for years. Interviewing with management and the recruiter was one of the easiest and smoothest interviews I've ever had. No exam during the interview at all.
