I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SteadyMD
Interview
Application is basically an interview in itself. Asks numerous questions and wants an entire scenario/patient case had within the last month. Afterwards they send an email with a request for interview.
Average interview
Application
I applied online. I interviewed at SteadyMD in Feb 2026
Interview
I did the zoom interview with the recruiter and completed the AI interview. Was told I should hear back in 2 days about an offer and I never heard anything back from anyone. Terrible communication.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Previous experience. Stated currently licensed in. Experience with GLP-1s. Risks/benefits and precautions with GLP-1s.
They wanted a 100% video-based interview. As in 2+ hours of answering questions on video with no person on the other end. That seemed too impersonal, so I didn't pursue it further. This is after approx. 1 hour of answering questions in text as part of the application process. I didn't seem as though they would be respectful of me as an individual if I were to become an employee.

Question 1
The text questions were all the standard questions about strengths, challenges, etc. There was one question that was something like prove to us that you can be caring over video and I couldn't figure out how to answer that. I never interviewed with a person.
