I worked with the President of the company before at a previous firm that he led in upper management and I when I heard that he had left and started this company I immediately wanted to get on the team.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Statzer Consulting (Orlando, FL) in May 2016
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn directly to the owner, he referred me to a principle in my hometown Orlando who invited me in for an interview at his office. I met with him and it went great, he called the next day and said that the owner would like to interview me in Tampa. I met the owner in Tampa and he hired me on the spot.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The usual interview questions. But in both interviews I was asked if I would consider myself a candidate that would be willing to dedicate long-term.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Statzer Consulting (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I had an initial phone conversation with a woman named Rene to set up an in-person interview. The in-person interview was scheduled with an option to have it in Nashville, Las Vegas or Atlanta. I found a very efficient and quick flight to Atlanta and chose that city. I had an interview with the owner of the company. Interview was very intense but everything went flawlessly well. The company flew me to Tampa and put me up at the Weston hotel downtown, I interviewed another owner/principle and was hired on the spot.
