I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State of Utah (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jun 2023
Interview
Incredibly rigid interview format - the panel read questions at me to answer, no dialog was allowed, I couldn't ask questions about the job, the team, or anything at all. May as well have been talking with a bot.

Interview
Interview was granted around a week or so after job closed. Was sent a timeframe to schedule that, but when I replied to the times, I was told they weren't interviewing on certain days within what they said. I had to take a pre test before the interview and needed to get there 15 minutes early. It was a simple math test on figuring out what someone's gross pay would be. The interview had 4 people and they only asked one question each. They all seemed to be geared toward " how do you deal with people who aren't happy". I was allowed to ask any questions, and the whole thing took about 30 minutes with the test and interview together. They took two weeks to send out their decisions from there. The job schedule seems confusing as they say it's flexible but then it all depends on your schedule time of being on the phone,( which happens to be a minimum of 4 hours a day.)

Interview
These were panel interviews — a series of three. The panels were friendly but like all panels, hard to read / kind of wrote. The people were smart and friendly. I'd say these are tough because they aren't very conversational.
