The interview process was over 30 minutes. The interviewee is placed in a room of a pannel of at least two individuals and you are asked a series of questions. Afterwards you ask the panel questions and are given a business card.

Panel interview consisted of 4 individuals. There were 6-8 questions asked. No follow up interview. No writing test. Questions were not given to me beforehand. Questions were general behavioral questions.

Applied for the position, took about 2 months to get confirmation for the interview, Submitted all the documents required, interview was scheduled and the rejection was less that 24 hours. I believe they already knew who they were going to hire, internal employee was my guess. Beware which state department you interview with, Alot of these Departments know who they are going to hire.
