I applied online. I interviewed at State Farm (San Antonio, TX) in May 2023
Interview
It was pretty disorganized, they used a third party recruiting agency to handle the interviews. It was a group interview and several people commented about how they were supposed to be on their 2nd or 3rd stage interview but kept getting the link for the initial group interview, some 3 or 4 seperate times. Then for those that get to go to the 2nd round of group interviews they had us sit in silence for several minutes before the secondary interviewer started kicking applicants without any words exchanged over the process of several minutes.
Recruiter initiation call, the recruiter found me through linked in and send me the job description we hopped on a call the following day was very informative but did not continue on to next round
The job interview process at State Farm was seamless and efficient. Communication was clear, scheduling was flexible, and the interviewers were professional yet welcoming. From application to final steps, the process felt well-structured, making for a smooth and stress-free experience.
