I had a phone screen and within 2 days was asked to have a video interview. After 2 weeks I was asked to have video interviews with 3 executives. I did not hear anything back and reached out on a Monday after 3 weeks. I was told I would be hearing from them by Friday with a decision. That was four months ago and I have heard nothing. The job is still posted. That's fine if I wasn't a fit but if you talk about how much people matter during the interview but you ghost the people that could possibly be working for you then I have to wonder if you really are who you say you are. I consider that I dodged a bullet on this one.
