It was average with couple of rounds, which included phone screening, data analytics presentation and final round with the VP. The further rounds are scheduled with HR for the salary discussion overall it was good experience

There are two steps to get to Startek. First was overall personal interview. (Such as self introduction, my current work, able to relocate in Malaysia). Second thins is role-playing. Based on my experience when making a phone call to call center, I did my best to make the customer to calm down.
