4 gesprekken gehad waaronder 3 op locatie en 1 vanuit start people. Ervaarde goede gesprekken doordat mijn achtergrond aansluit op de functie. Op mijn tweede gesprek heb ik een rondje gelopen in de pand, en dat gaf mij een zelfverzekerde beeld om in het team erbij te horen.

40 minutes listening to 2 Directors who only talked about themselves. No reference made to the actual role and when asked what they were looking for the comment"....well we're not quite sure yet" .

Interview
It was "face to face" interview, asking me what what did i do before, any criminal convictions, very simple and reasonable questions.
The interviewer was very energetic and excited, but when I was asking questions about the roles their wasn't any 'depth of answer' just an overall description of what was advertised on the paper about the roles.
They asked me what role I was attracted to and why, I applied for both roles they had available, because I was qualified for both roles. (Even tho there was a misconception about the "Quality Inspector " role, which translates, any no skilled job that needed workers, which in the end they gave me. The other role which I was fully skilled and had the tools needed "Trim Removal", I later found out that they hired people that had no idea of what they where doing making them loosing this contract in the end.)
