Interview
I had an Initial phone call - 30 minutes, a take home technical test (took at least 6 hours) and a technical interview with Test Review and whiteboard task 1.5 hours. After spending all this time, the company gave me a vague and unfair feedback. I felt very disappointed and I did not understand what I should answer differently because I thought my answers were ok. Absolutly zero respect to the candidate.
