Mostly all the job requirements are posted over LinkedIn. For all the positions, for 1st level of filtering you need to fill their google form. Once you get a confirmation call/mail you need to appear for the interview (F2F). It is a stress interview to judge how well you are able to multitask and manage situations without getting nervous.
