Interview
Interview process included a talk one on one with the CEO then later with the COO then both.
Direct questions with answers that were equally direct. No beating around the bush. The position is very multi faceted all relating to technology.

Question 1
Questions were not so technical vs. what will you do to change things. I did research into the company and what they were doing marketing and IT wise. My answers all pointed to insight into the company. In most cases revealing items they were not aware of.
