There was also a final culture fit interview with a senior leader. The process tested both product thinking and communication skills, with each stage giving a good sense of the role and expectations.

First, you get a phone call, followed by a manager interview, followed by a technical interview about blockchain papers, including mathematical proofs and product-related questions, followed by an HR interview.
