I applied online and was contacted via email by an HR recruiter about 1 week later. We set up a time for a phone interview scheduled 3 days after I recieved the email. The interview took 20 minutes. The person was very friendly and basically just wanted to ask me about myself and tell me the details for the positions.

Interview
Had 2 stages of interview.
One based on previous experience and another a presentation on case study.
It was an overall good interview but the HR is really messed up. They went back on their word about the agreements we had in the inital HR call and they didnt even have the audacity to update me by themselves. I had to chase them a lot!!

General recruiter phone interview to ask questions about my background followed by an interview with the hiring manager and two other men on his team who asked more detailed questions about my knowledge of analytics.
