In 2018, I sat down with the manager of the location as it was being built. We interviewed at the Manchester branch. It was a delightful interview full of respect and curiosity. I was overjoyed to find out at the end that they wanted me as a shift lead due to my prior barista experience and personality.

A variety of asks; mostly scenarios and conflict resolution. If you have previous in management at previous jobs you'll be fine! They want quite a few examples of responses to stress.
