The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks in Mar 2011
Interview
It was basically an informal interview. The manager asked me questions about why I wanted to work for the company. She told me my availability didn't work for her store, but to check out the others in the area and tell them exactly what I told her. Working on that now.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is it about Starbucks that makes you want to work here.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
