submitted application online, got phone call two days later. interview with store manager, a pretty nice later. questions are easy and it took about 10 minutes because she was busy. got second interview with manager assistant and supervisor, the interview last longer than the first. the questions are more detailed and many of them are related to customer service. didn't pass the second one.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum

it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
