I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2011
Interview
Applied on line for barista job. They called and asked me to attend thier job fair. I went and waited for over 2.5 hours with a million other people. Said they`d call by the end of the week, they didn`t. They called late the next week to arange a second interview. Both interviewers used exactly the same questions so I dont see the point in having 2 interviews. Pretty easy. Said they`d call by Monday, they didn`t. Called the next week and offered job.

Question 1
How have you handled negetive feedback in the past
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

Question 1
What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
