Interview
First, applied online and took the IQ/Personality test. Then, 2 days later I received a call from a Sbux manager who told me about an upcoming interview they were having. Went in for the interview, and it was a group interview. Answered a bunch of behavioral questions and we were told we would need to wait a week for a phone call.

Name a time when you gave exceptional customer service.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
