It's very meta to be recruited as a Recruiter - you're in the shoes of candidates and hyper aware of each touchpoint with the team and how they go about presenting the company. I was really impressed with how personal the process was when I interviewed given how small the team is and how early they were in their stage of growth. Questions were intentional, the current state of the team was transparent and challenges were communicated to me, and the team was trying to close/sell early in the process.
