Quick and agile with the hiring manager and consultant I would mainly work with. After submitting the resume I was contacted by the company and a virtual interview was arranged with the hiring manager and the consultant. After the interview I was contacted with an offer. They also asked for references from an ex employer. Overall it was a good experience and the process was pretty fast submission to arranged interview to offer.

Interview directly with the managing partners, there is no HR in the firm. The questions are based around the search industry and trends & challenges in hiring. Basic knowledge of companies and business concepts
