I applied online. 3 three weeks later, I had a phone interview. Phone interview was about 20 minutes. A few days later, I had an invitation for interview, but a few hours later - strangely - received an email for on-line assessment tests . I completed the tests and finally had an interview in January 2020.

I found it very easy. Handed in CV and cover letter to an email recruiter and got an interview. Interview was very informal and chatty and heard back within 4 hours

Interview
Straight forward and typical of graduate engineers. Some questions on studies, interests, working style. Be prepared on how to answer how you would work on projects, tackle deadlines or plan workloads, communication ability.
