1 screening, 1 day of panels (two panels, 20 minutes each), 1 final round interview usually week by week. First interview is with hiring manager & panel is with all members of the team. Average interview format, but there was never time for questions which was a red flag- seemed like they wanted to interrogate versus get to know you. Seemed a little pretentious and wanted to hire internally.
