I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stanford Health Care in Jan 2022
Interview
Pretty easy overall. I submitted my resume online (no cover letter required) and was contacted by an ANM within a week via phone call. The phone call was chill though I was asked several interview-like questions (tell me about your work experience, what would you do in this situation?). I was then scheduled a panel group Zoom interview with the Nurse Leadership Team that lasted about 45 mins. There were about 8 questions of average difficulty consisting of general behavioral ones with two situations

Interview
K4 I did an interview over the phone and I felt like it went very well. She asked behavioral questions and about quality metrics and said I'd hear back next week. Next week comes, no word so I email them. No word again, so I email them again. I never got a response from them which really unprofessional of them. I get we're all busy, but it takes two minutes to send an email. Furthermore, I was sent a notice saying that the position was "cancelled" (instead of saying they've gone with someone else), which is a straight up lie because I know the person who got hired for that position over me. Do better.
