I did the Online Assessment, it is a little bit hard compare to other banks online assessment. No feedbacks and after two week they decide not move me to next stage.

Interview
Initial interview was professional, subsequent interview was haphazard and disorganised. Significant divergence of summaries of the role and condition on the ground across both interviews gave an impression of poor internal communication and ivory tower syndrome
