have a test for the accounting and financial knowledge, and translate some articles from english to chinese. have an introduction---have a brief cv review--ask about previous intern experience--ask some competency questions. Ask about some basic financial problems, ask about the opinions on recent news.

briefly review the three accounting statements with me.
Online assessment (pyrometrics, hirevue). Assessment centre with other applicants. Includes a case study where discussion was watched on by team members and HR then interview with team members. Final interview with manager.

this is the internship program partnering with the university of Hong Kong
there are only 3 rounds, pretty easy to me:
resume screening -> hr group interview -> talk with manager -> done
seemed intimidating but was actually pretty chill. use STAR method for all behavioral questions. basic questions nothing technical. after that final interview call with HR and team lead. financial markets intern role
