Application
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank
Interview
Step 1) Online application form + CV Upload
Step 2) Online assessments (numerical, logical, strengths-based)
Step 3) Video Interview (10-11 preset questions, talking into a webcam, about 30 seconds of thinking time for each question and 90-120 seconds to answer each)
Step 4) HR Interview - took a while for them to get back ~1 month (presumably due to the number of applicants they have to screen).
Step 5) Business interview(s) - Again, mainly about yourself and your motivations. The only technical questions were to assess your knowledge of the line you are applying for and the bank in general.
All in all, a pleasant experience. All members of staff I spoke to during the interviews were very courteous and seemed genuinely interested about me. They also gave very thorough answers to the questions I had for them.
