      Interview

      High-level initial phone screening with Recruiter, short phone interview with hiring Manager, unstructured video conference with reporting team to get to know each other, face-to-face interview with peers, and face-to-face interview with hiring Manager and HR Manager. Good communication with Recruiter throughout the process.

      I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stand Together

      Interview

      Many, many interviews over the phone and in person. They are somewhat unfocused and the interviews are all over the place and are more qualitative than quantitative. Unfortunately, the organization said they would get back to me in 3 days one way or the other but that didn't happen, which I saw as an integrity issue. Several weeks later, they eventually tried to contact.
