There are 2 technical interviews, that are not that hard. Mainly there's a conversation about the company and your past experiences and then some coding questions of intermediate difficulty.
Good attitude overall and fair tests.

Question 1
Past experience, and expertise in relevant technologies
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Stampli (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Jan 2024
Interview
The worst HR phone interview I ever had. HR yawned during this interview, explained about the company in very boring manner like read a prayer. Without any clear explanation about technology stack. Invitation to the first interview was non professional at all. The interview with VP R&D was better but at least was clear regarding expectations from the candidate. This position is very product features oriented without technical improvement or progress for a candidate/employee. Good for people who will like their domain. The interviewer created the impression of a very difficult person whose opinion is the main one and the other opinion is not accepted in attention. Apparently, the technical solutions in the company were accidental without proper verification.

Question 1
Describe your experience on the previous work place
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Stampli in Jul 2022
Interview
It was an online interview with a task to implement some solution while sharing my screen with the interviewer. The conversation was friendly and pleasant. During the programing task and after it, I got feedback and explanation. I appreciate it. It makes a difference. My suggestion before going quickly to implement the job, ask the interviewer what's possible inputs and limitations. Do not try to implement a super universal solution. Make it optimized to O(n) in terms of speed and memory.
