We’re sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t what you expected. Just to clarify, the short exercise we assign, sourcing and calling up to 10 leads, is designed to mirror a real-life scenario and help both sides assess fit for an SDR role.
We keep it small (10 leads) out of respect for candidates’ time, and we don’t use the data for company gain, it’s purely an evaluation tool. In our experience, this approach has helped us identify great hires who go on to thrive in the role.
If doing live prospecting doesn’t feel right for you, that’s totally understandable. Every company has its own approach, and it’s important to find what fits you best. 🙂
