      Senior Account Manager Interview

      20 Nov 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Seattle, WA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stackline (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2024

      Interview

This is the second time I've interviewed here. Each time I made it to the case study and then rejected after that. I sent this case study to an existing employee in a similar role and they said that my presentation looked really good and would be surprised if I wasn't moved forward. Well...here we are. What is also frustrating, is that it's "policy" for them not to provide feedback. I just don't understand what it is they are looking for and why there is no follow-up after the case study submission. To me that doesn't seem like a good way to determine if a candidate is good for the role or not. There is a lot more that goes into an employee than sifting through data and putting together presentations.

      Question 1

The first interview was informal and just went over my experience.
