A brief 30 minute phone call with a manager isn't really paying attention during the interview and who said what the next steps were only to find out weeks later that I didn't progress. Unprofessional and unattentive. I hope they train their staff better moving forward.

Phone Interview, take home test, followed by a 2 hour in person interview where I talked to 7 different people, often 2 at one time. After the in person interview I followed up twice and never heard back. It has been 5 weeks since the in person interview and still nothing. It would be polite and professional of them to send any kind of information instead of letting me hang for weeks.
