It was a laid back interview process. Someone from the main branch called to schedule an interview and I met with three interviewers and we just talked about the position and my qualifications. I received a letter in the mail notifying me that I was not selected for the job, which I appreciated even though I wasn't glad I didn't get the job. Most other companies (this is gov. work so it is different) do not ever get in touch again to let you know one way or another. You just have to assume you didn't get the job. It is so nerve wracking.
