Interview
There was a regular interview with a question and answer section like usual. It was very casual and low key. We went over the fine points of my resume detailing my past experience. They were only interested in my experience directly related to kayaking and the populations that were served. There was a practical exam where I had to demonstrate my kayaking and rescue ability, on water knowledge and leadership skills.
