I applied in-person. I interviewed at St. Olaf in Sept 2023
Interview
I had a work study and my interview process was not too complicated. I had already worked in admissions as a tour guide so it was an easy interview process.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at St. Olaf (Northfield, MN) in Mar 2020
Interview
It was an in person group interview where you were split into groups of 3-4 people and all asked the same questions. After the question asking phase they split the room into two groups, give each team some props, and then asked everyone to put on a skit relating to being a new student at St. Olaf
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If a student asks you to go to an off-campus party with them what do you do and why?
I applied online. I interviewed at St. Olaf (Saint Paul, MN) in Feb 2020
Interview
I had an initial phone screen. The interview process was a remote call with four panelists. The panelists were not particularly warm. Difficult to engage remotely. Nonetheless, they were VERY timeline and notified me within a few days of my interview that I did not get the job. Very professional.
