I applied online. I interviewed at St. Luke's Hospital in Jan 2014
Interview
It was quick yet thorough. They asked relevant questions that I had to pause and ponder on. Most of the questions were open-ended and behavioral-based. Overall, the questions were not too abstract or "out of this world".
