Second interview will make you see the reason why the review on glassdoor is so bad. She doesn't listen to your answers and forms an impression of you before you could even finish. Can see that she is rather impatient, and narrow minded. If for some reason, she deem that you are not deserving of the expected pay, she will spend 30-45 minutes stripping off your dignity instead of trying to pitch "why you should work with us with this pay". She talks more than you, so don't worry about her asking the difficult questions. She thinks that with her being in this industry for long, she thinks she knows everyone / every organisation. She thinks she knows what she is talking about and she does not bother to see things from your lens (i.e. your life experience, work experience, interest, passion). If you can vibe with her, good for you. Otherwise, if you feel like she is looking down on your qualifications or work experience, dont be like me - just excuse yourself from the interview because no one should be disrespected like that.
