(This was a few years ago.) After a phone interview with HR, I was invited to an onsite interview with the heads of Marketing, Advancement, and HR. Everyone was so welcoming and it was a very positive experience. I wish I could've worked there!

I actually have a clearer memory of how teacher interviews are conducted as my interview was in 2013 and more recently I've been doing the teacher interviews. We get a lot of referrals from former/present staff.
