Interview
The interview was very professional and informative. I was offer the position after the interview, I was headed to current job which was only 4 hours a day. I was getting on the bus that when I received the phone call saying the position was mine.

If I had to inspect a staff member job and I found something wrong such as: the room was dusty. would I say nothing to staff about it or would I let them know about what was wrong and tell them to correct it. or lose my job instead of them?
